Chef Stango Visit the Students of Ludlowe High School

Whitsons’ Chef Stango and the team prepared a delicious menu for the students of Ludlowe High School in Fairfield, Connecticut for their Guest Chef Day. The menu, roasted red peppers, fresh spinach, and parmesan stuffed pork loin with potato pancakes, broccoli and shredded carrots in garlic broth, and a peppercorn au poivre sauce with a roasted red pepper and basil cornbread.
