Chef of the Month at Estabrook

The fourth year of Chef of the Month has gotten off to an amazing start with Roll your own Sushi and Spring Rolls at both Harrington and Estabrook schools.

Both Laurie Wiley and Amy Royal, Wellness Coordinators for the district rallied the troops in their locations.  We had 16 particpants at Harrington on Thursday, October 8th and 18 at Estabrook on Thursday, October 22nd with a special guest; Pricipal Sandy Trach's 8 year old son.

Many of the particpant were amazed at just how easy the rolling process can be & with a little help from Chef Matthew, they are all ready to start making Sushi & Spring Rolls at home...well, maybe not all of them :)
