Build Your Own Ramen Bar Event at Brookline High School

Students at Brookline High School enjoyed a “Build Your Own” Ramen Noodle Bar prepared by Chef Ryan Hurley and the Whitsons foodservice team.

The Ramen Noodle Bar was complete with yakisoba noodles and various toppings such as kimchi (a Korean side dish of fermented vegetables), roasted tofu and vegetable ramen broth.

The Ramen Noodle bar was so popular with students, the team ended up serving approximately 271 Ramen Noodle Bowls. It was a delicious day for all!
