W.I.N. Sports Nutrition Programs

Whitsons Interactive Nutrition (W.I.N) program from the Nutrition Services department of Whitsons Culinary Group, is excited to now offer a variety of workshops and seminars relating to sports nutrition!  Many student athletes are unaware of just how powerful proper nutrition is when it comes to fueling peak performance both on and off the field. 

When student athletes are properly nourished and hydrated, they can benefit from:

Enhanced performance

Fewer muscle cramps

Less muscle fatigue

Decreased risk of injury and more!

Our team of passionate registered dietitians is able to customize a nutrition education program for any team’s goals, complete with every day tips and tools for students to use to support good health during the off season as well.
