Whitsons Interactive Nutrition (W.I.N) program from the Nutrition Services department of Whitsons Culinary Group, is excited to now offer a variety of workshops and seminars relating to sports nutrition! Many student athletes are unaware of just how powerful proper nutrition is when it comes to fueling peak performance both on and off the field.
